FactureHub Terms of Service
FactureHub is its own platform, separate from the Facture Discord community. These terms cover your account, your posts, and how moderation works here specifically. They don’t replace or restate the Discord server’s rules.
Minimum Age
You need to be at least 13 to make a FactureHub account. If we find out an account belongs to someone younger, it gets terminated, no appeal.
Your Account
You’re responsible for whatever happens on your account, so keep your password to yourself and don’t let anyone else use your login. One account per person. If you get suspended or terminated, making a second account to get around it just gets that one actioned too.
Usernames can be changed from Settings, but there’s a 7-day cooldown between changes, and you’ll need to confirm your password to do it.
NSFW Content
FactureHub isn’t a dedicated NSFW platform, but we get that mature content comes up sometimes. If a post has anything NSFW in it, mark it with the NSFW toggle in the composer. If most or all of what you post is NSFW, mark your account as a dedicated NSFW account instead (from onboarding or Settings), which blurs your profile picture, banner, and every post automatically so you don’t have to mark things one at a time.
Marked content is blurred and stays that way until someone taps it to reveal it, which requires confirming you’re 18 or older first. If you’d rather not deal with blur at all, you can turn on Auto-unblur NSFW Content in Settings, also gated behind that same 18+ confirmation.
Posting unmarked NSFW content is treated as a Terms of Service violation on its own, separate from whatever the content itself might be.
Punishment: Warn, with ability to appeal, escalating to a ban for repeated or deliberate violations.
Respecting Other Members
Harassment, hate speech, and slurs used to demean someone aren’t allowed here, full stop. We know language gets used differently depending on who’s saying it and why, and moderators will look at context before taking action, but context isn’t a blank check. Intent to hurt someone is still intent to hurt someone.
Punishment: Warn depending on severity, up to an immediate ban for targeted harassment.
Prohibited Content
Illegal content, anything sexualizing minors, and content promoting violence or self-harm get removed on sight and reported where required by law. This is the one rule on this page with zero room for appeal, regardless of context or intent.
Malicious links, phishing attempts, and anything designed to compromise another member’s account or device are also banned outright, whether sent in a post, a profile, or a direct message.
Punishment: Immediate termination, without ability to appeal.
Spam and Platform Abuse
Don’t flood the feed, spam DMs to people who don’t want them, or use bots/scripts to interact with FactureHub on your behalf. Reporting something you know is false, or repeatedly reporting someone to harass them, counts as abuse of the reporting system itself.
Punishment: Warn, with ability to appeal, escalating for repeated abuse.
Automated Filtering
Posts and messages are checked against an automated filter before they go out. If something you’re about to send gets flagged, you’ll be asked to confirm you still want to send it. Sending it anyway logs an automatic warning on your account, the same as if a moderator had issued one by hand.
The filter isn’t perfect and sometimes flags things that turn out to be fine. If that happens to you, the warning can still be appealed like any other.
Reporting
You can report a profile, a post, or an individual direct message if you think it breaks these rules. Reports go to our moderators with the content attached, along with whatever reason you give, so make it count. A reason that just says “bad” doesn’t give us much to work with.
If a report results in a warning or termination, the post or message it was about gets removed automatically as part of that action. A copy stays on file with the report itself, so our moderators can still review exactly what was reported even after it’s gone from FactureHub.
Warnings, Suspensions, and Termination
Moderation on FactureHub escalates with every warning on your account:
- 1–2 warnings: Your account is deactivated until you acknowledge the warning and the reason behind it.
- 3 warnings: 7-day suspension.
- 4 warnings: 14-day suspension.
- 5 warnings: 30-day suspension.
- 6 warnings: Permanent termination.
Warnings aren’t permanent. Each one ages out a year after it was issued, so an old warning won’t follow you forever. Termination is the one exception; it doesn’t expire.
Appeals
Every warning and termination can be appealed from your account, either right from the screen that shows it or later from your Account Status in Settings. Appeals go to our moderators for review, and if one’s approved, that specific warning comes off your record and your account status is recalculated from there.
Your Data
We don’t sell your data, full stop. For the specifics on what we store and why, see our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account schedules it for permanent removal after 30 days, giving you a window to change your mind by logging back in before everything’s gone for good.
Changes to These Terms
We’ll update this page as FactureHub changes. Significant changes will be reasonably communicated, but using FactureHub after an update means you’ve accepted the current version, whether or not you went back and reread it.
