NSFW-marked posts and profiles are blurred until you tap to reveal them. Turning this on shows marked content right away instead, after confirming you’re 18 or older.
If your account is a dedicated NSFW account, all of your posts, your profile picture, and your banner are automatically blurred for everyone else until they choose to view them.
