Minimum Age Requirement

Access to Facture is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By accessing or participating in any Facture community, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Punishment: Ban, without chance to appeal or jailed and forced to ID verify if suspected of being underage.

NSFW

Here at Facture, we promote the freedom of sexual expression and exploration. You may distribute your body within the server, and showing yourself naked either in a voice call or via attachments is allowed in DMs/server channels. You may post NSFW content within the server as well, as long as it follows our guidelines and stays in the age restricted channels.

Selling content is prohibited in Facture.

Punishment: Ban, without ability to appeal, or warn, depending on severity.

Raiding

Raiding or attempting to disrupt our branches in any manner is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban. This policy applies regardless of intent, including jokes, threats, or discussions about raiding. Any such behavior will be treated as a violation of our community rules.

Punishment: Ban, without ability to appeal.

Child Safety Policy

As stated in our Minimum Age Requirement, access to Facture is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

The creation, distribution, promotion, viewing, or engagement with any content that exploits, endangers, harms, or depicts the abuse of minors is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the community and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required.

Punishment: Ban, without ability to appeal.

Privacy and Consumer Rights

Facture is committed to protecting the privacy of its members and handling personal information responsibly. We strive to comply with applicable privacy laws, including the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act (KCDPA).

The KCDPA is a Kentucky privacy law that grants consumers certain rights regarding their personal data. These rights may include the ability to access personal information, request corrections, request deletion of personal data, and opt out of certain types of data processing, such as targeted advertising or the sale of personal information, where applicable.

Facture will take reasonable measures to safeguard personal information and honor applicable privacy rights as required by law. Members may contact us with questions regarding the collection, use, storage, or deletion of their personal data.

Right to Refuse Membership

Facture reserves the right to refuse, deny, revoke, or terminate membership and access to any individual at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where permitted by applicable law.

Membership may be refused or revoked for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of community rules, abusive or disruptive behavior, attempts to evade moderation actions, fraudulent activity, security concerns, or any conduct that may negatively impact the safety, integrity, or operation of the community.

Nothing in these policies shall be interpreted as guaranteeing membership, access, or continued participation within Facture. Access to Facture is a privilege, not a right.

Use of Slurs and Offensive Language

Facture permits the use of slurs and other offensive language in certain contexts. However, members are expected to use such language responsibly and with consideration for others.

The use of slurs or offensive terms for the purpose of harassing, threatening, degrading, intimidating, or expressing hatred toward an individual or group based on protected characteristics is strictly prohibited. Content that promotes discrimination, violence, or hostility against others may result in moderation action, including suspension or removal from the community.

Context matters, and moderation decisions will be made based on the intent, usage, and impact of the content in question.

Punishment: Warn depending on severity.

Language

English is the primary language of the Facture community. Members are encouraged to communicate in English whenever possible to facilitate moderation, support, and effective communication with staff and other community members.

The use of other languages is not prohibited; however, staff may be unable to provide assistance or moderation services for content that cannot be reasonably understood.

Malicious Content

The distribution of malicious content is strictly prohibited within the Facture community. This includes, but is not limited to, IP grabbers, cookie grabbers, token grabbers, phishing websites, malicious software, deceptive links, and any content designed to compromise the privacy, security, or accounts of other users.

Members found distributing or promoting malicious content will be subject to immediate moderation action, including suspension or permanent removal from the community.

Punishment: Ban/Jail depending on context and severity.

Roblox Content Policy

Do not reference or discuss the term “Condo” or any Roblox content that is sexual, explicit, or otherwise violates Roblox’s Terms of Service. Such discussions are strictly prohibited, as they violate both Facture’s policies and Discord’s Terms of Service and may result in the removal or termination of our server.

Punishment: Warn.

Exploitation

You may not exploit in any of our games. Doing so will result in a permanent server ban and the loss of access to all of our games.

Punishment: Banned from server, without ability to appeal, blacklist from games.

Facture Shop

If you have bought from the Facture Condo Shop, you may not abuse ranks, interrupt glories, etc.

Punishment: Warn in server.

Raceplay/NWO Kinks

Raceplay, Bleached, and TNWO are prohibited in the server. Violating this will result in a server ban and the loss of access to all of our games.

Punishment: Game Blacklist/Banned from server.

Glories

No glory avoiding during combat games. If you are reported, you can lose access to games, become server muted, etc.

Punishment: Warn in server.

Agetrapping

Do not age trap. If you are caught lying about your age, you will be banned.

Punishment: Banned from server and game blacklist, without ability to appeal.

Ageplay

Do not ageplay. Make sure your Roblox avatar does not have child-like features.

Punishment: Banned from server, without ability to appeal.

Impersonation

Do not attempt to name or character yourself as another player in order to impersonate them or pretend to be them.

Punishment: Banned from the server + Game Blacklist, without ability to appeal.

Exploitation

Exploitation, hacking, and any malicious behavior will be dealt with.

Punishment: Game ban/Server ban, without ability to appeal.

Griefing

Do not attempt to grief the map in any way, shape, or form, and do not grief other players’ builds. Do not grief the spawn point.

Punishment: Game ban/Server ban, without ability to appeal.
