Facture

Terms Of Service

These are Facture’s Global Guidelines. Please read them carefully and ensure you understand them.

Minimum Age Requirement

You need to be at least 13 to join any part of Facture. Being here at all means you're confirming you meet that.

Some branches of Facture may have a higher age requirement due to the content there, check its terms of service before entering.

Punishment: Ban, without chance to appeal if violated.

NSFW

We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable here, so NSFW content isn't allowed in Facture's main hub.

Selling content isn't allowed anywhere on Facture.

Punishment: Warn, with ability to appeal, or ban, depending on severity.

Avatar

Keep your profile picture, banner, and server tag appropriate for a general audience. No explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate imagery in any of them.

Punishment: Warn, with ability to appeal, or ban, depending on severity.

Raiding

Raiding, or trying to disrupt any of our branches, gets you banned immediately. It doesn't matter if it's "just a joke" or you're only talking about it, we treat that the same as actually doing it.

Punishment: Ban, without ability to appeal.

Child Safety Policy

Same as our age requirement above, you need to be 13 or older to be here.

Creating, sharing, promoting, viewing, or engaging with anything that exploits, endangers, or depicts the abuse of minors gets you removed immediately, and we'll report it to the appropriate authorities where required.

Punishment: Ban, without ability to appeal.

Privacy and Consumer Rights

We take your privacy seriously and try to stay on the right side of the privacy laws that apply to us, including Kentucky's Consumer Data Protection Act (KCDPA).

That law gives you the right to see, correct, or ask us to delete your personal data, and to opt out of things like targeted advertising or having your data sold, where applicable.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and honor those rights. If you've got questions about what we collect, use, store, or delete, just reach out.

Right to Refuse Membership

We can refuse, deny, or revoke anyone's membership and access, with or without prior notice, wherever the law allows it.

Usually that means breaking community rules, abusive or disruptive behavior, dodging moderation, fraud, security concerns, or anything else that threatens the safety or integrity of the community. That list isn't exhaustive.

None of this guarantees anyone a permanent spot here. Being part of Facture is a privilege, not a right.

Use of Slurs and Offensive Language

Slurs and other offensive language aren't allowed in most contexts. We expect everyone to communicate with respect and consideration for others.

Using slurs or offensive terms to harass, threaten, degrade, intimidate, or express hatred toward someone based on who they are is never okay, and content that promotes discrimination, violence, or hostility can get you suspended or removed.

Context matters, though. Moderators look at intent, usage, and impact before deciding what to do.

Punishment: Warn depending on severity.

Language

English is Facture's main language, so we'd appreciate it if you stick to it when you can. It makes moderation, support, and talking to staff and other members a lot smoother.

You're welcome to speak other languages, but staff might not be able to help or moderate content they can't reasonably understand.

Malicious Content

Don't share malicious content of any kind: IP grabbers, cookie or token grabbers, phishing sites, malware, deceptive links, or anything else designed to compromise someone else's privacy, security, or account.

Get caught distributing or promoting that kind of thing and you're looking at immediate moderation action, up to a permanent removal from the community.

Punishment: Ban/Jail depending on context and severity.

Automod Bypass

Don't try to get around Facture’s automod. That covers misspelling flagged words on purpose, throwing in special characters to dodge detection, or exploiting known gaps in the filter.

Punishment: Warn, with escalation to ban for repeated or deliberate attempts.

Abuse of Support Tickets

Don't abuse support tickets. That means no spamming tickets without cause, insulting staff, or opening one with no information in it.

Punishment: Warn, with ability to appeal.
